My story

Fredrick Kahenya, is a Business and Finance Specialist with 25 years of Experience in Business Management and Finance which includes 2 years as a  Consultant with Zambia seed company and over 13 years at Bayer AG (Monsanto company), where he was Chief Finance officer for the Africa region for over 6 years. Fredrick possess over 25 years Industry experience in Finance and Business Management in Africa and the United States of America. He also have experience in ESG Matters, Financial Controllership with expertise in Strategy design and execution, Mitigation and Compliance, Financial Reporting and Analysis and Operational Control, Compliance, Risk Management and Raising Funds (both debt and equity). Fredrick have a Masters in Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Webster University (USA),  Certified Public Accountant in Kenya (CPA -K) and a Chartered Accountant in Zambia (ZICA).
